FAQs

It depends on the distance, terrain, and right-of-way. Once a budget and timeline are set, we have a proven track record of being on time and on budget. See some of our recent projects.

We partner with you to build tailored natural gas infrastructure. That means we work the project from start to finish: engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way, construction, and ongoing operations. See our operations.

We custom design your project to serve your needs with no competing interests.

Woodway operates every asset we build. With our 24/7 control room monitoring, we ensure reliability and safety on an ongoing basis.

Leave the area immediately and call 911, then call Woodway at 888-394-5965. Don't operate vehicles or equipment near the site, and don't attempt to stop the flow of gas yourself.

Our control room is staffed 24/7. For anything that isn't an immediate safety hazard that can't wait, call 888-394-5965.

To update your company's contact information, reach out to [email protected].

A Woodway representative will walk the proposed route with you, answer your questions, and explain the survey and agreement process.

Yes. An easement grants defined pipeline rights across a strip of the property. You keep ownership of the land.

Permanent and temporary widths vary by location and construction method. The representative will show the proposed widths on a map or plat for your property.

Woodway uses a minimal-disturbance approach and restores the property.

In most cases, ordinary agricultural and recreational use can continue on the easement after restoration, subject to the agreement. Ask your representative about any use restrictions that would apply to your tract.

It depends on the length of the crossing and site conditions. For a timeline on your tract, contact the Woodway representative who reached you, or email [email protected].

Yes. Woodway will coordinate access and timing with you before work begins on your property.

Recorded easements are on file with the county clerk where the property is located. For a copy from Woodway, email [email protected] with the property address, county, and your name as it appears on the deed. We will match the tract and send the recorded instrument or tell you where it is filed.

Call 888-394-5965 or email [email protected].

If you hear a hissing sound or see bubbles coming up from the ground, stay clear of the area and call 911. Then call 888-394-5965 immediately. For digging or excavation on or near the easement, call 811 before you dig.

We work with an established network of contractors and suppliers. For new opportunities, please contact Woodway's Director of Strategic Sourcing at [email protected].

Woodway ties minimum insurance requirements to the risk level of the work being performed. Higher-risk scopes carry higher coverage thresholds. Because requirements vary by scope of work, contact Woodway's Director of Strategic Sourcing at [email protected].

Woodway provides standard safety orientation training on-site before any contractor begins work. Beyond that, training requirements vary by project scope.

Before work begins, contractors must have a Master Service Agreement (MSA) in place, and all company training and certification status must be documented and current. Woodway tracks these certifications through EWN by default, though alternative Operator Qualification (OQ) tracking providers (such as Veriforce) may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Every individual on a Woodway site, employee, contractor or supplier, has the authority to stop work immediately if a safety concern arises, and Woodway expects them to use it, regardless of schedule or production pressure.
